4. Booking, Payments & Deposits

If you book a service (e.g., tattoo consultation or appointment), the following applies:

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to book any tattoo-related service.

• All information provided must be accurate and complete.

• Appointments may be rescheduled with appropriate notice (see cancellation policy, below).

• Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is initiated by the artist.

• Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hours notice.

• No-shows or cancellations with insufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Products or digital items (e.g., art prints or guides) are non-refundable once delivered unless otherwise stated.

6. Email Marketing & User Accounts

By submitting your email or other personal information, you agree to receive communications related to our services, offers, or content updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the emails.

We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to any service, promotion, or content if misuse is detected, including fraudulent or abusive activity.

7. User-Generated Content

If you voluntarily submit content (e.g., reviews, testimonials, photos of your tattoo, etc.) you grant Oxblood Ink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our Website, social media, or marketing efforts.
