1. Order Processing
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
2.Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Canada (Domestic)
Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days after processing
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing (additional cost, available at checkout)
United States
Standard Shipping: 5–20 business days after processing
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing (additional cost, available at checkout)
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed; delays outside our control (customs, weather, carrier issues) may occasionally occur.
3.Free Shipping
Orders of $45 CAD or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within Canada and the United States. This discount is applied automatically at checkout.
4.Order Accuracy
Please review your shipping address and order details carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order enters production, we're unable to make changes or redirect the shipment. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate a correction before production begins.
5.Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not arrive at all, please email oxblood.ink@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with a photo and brief description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it, whether that's a reprint or another solution.
6.Refunds & Returns
Because every item is made specifically for each order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer's remorse. This policy excludes items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted — see Section 5 above for how we handle those cases.
